Οι πρόσφατες εικόνες από το πλοίο «Παναγιώτης» στον όρμο του Ναυαγίου έφεραν αρκετή συζήτηση και προβληματισμό στους κατοίκους της Ζακύνθου. Αρκετοί εξέφρασαν την ανησυχία τους για όλα όσα έχουν συμβεί και τόνισαν ότι με κάποιο τρόπο ένα αξιοθέατο που έχει φτάσει στα πέρατα του κόσμου να προστατευτεί.
Greece is losing «Shipwreck of Zakynthos»
«Shipwreck» of Zakynthos may be one of the most visited landmarks in Greece, but it is at risk of being lost permanently. Sea waves and the extreme weather conditions are destroying the ship, and so far, no maintenance work has been done. Aerial drone images reveal the extent of the Shipwreck’s destruction. Strong winds have detached a large part of the ship ,sand has covered the rest of it, and the beach no longer resembles its past appearance.
